Up to six people on one licence. Here is every step, including the ones you have to attend in person.
Buying a visa with your licence buys the whole chain. Two of them are the company's and happen once; three are the person's and happen for everyone you sponsor.
The company's immigration file. It has to exist before anyone can be sponsored. Issued once, for one to three years.
The account the company applies through. Cannot start until the establishment card exists.
Immigration return either an e-visa or, for some nationalities, a document you take to a UAE embassy at home.
A short appointment in Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The result has to pass before the residence visa can be applied for.
Biometrics at a government centre, then collection in person once the card is printed.
Establishment card, then e-channel registration. Both start on their own the moment the licence issues.
Immigration return one of two documents. Which one depends on nationality, and we record whichever actually arrives rather than guessing.
Inside the UAE or outside. It decides whether you need a change of status, and where the medical happens.
Booked for you at Al Shahama in Abu Dhabi or Ibn Battuta in Dubai. Bring your passport. A pass is required — the visa cannot proceed without one.
Required by law before the residence visa is granted. You buy this yourself; the insurer sets the price and we tell you what is acceptable.
We apply; you attend the Emirates ID centre in Khalifa City with the physical passport. Arrive early and check in with our representative first.
In person at the MCFZ office, 8am to 4pm, with valid identification.
Two costs sit outside every package because neither is ours to set: medical insurance, and a change of immigration status if you are already in the country on another visa. We quote both before you commit.
For the licence, no. For a residence visa, yes — the medical and the Emirates ID biometrics are both in person, and the card is collected in person.
The residence visa cannot proceed. It is the one step in the whole process with no way around it, and we would rather you knew that now than at the appointment.
Six. Each after the first adds AED 5,850.
Yes, as long as the licence has room within the six.
It happens on a small share of applications. With more than one shareholder you nominate a different manager and continue. With a single shareholder there is no one else to nominate, which is why we say so before you pay.
Everything else we either read off the passport or ask for only when your answers make it necessary.
